All Patterson necks are built with two stabilizing carbon fiber rods and a double-action truss rod. Small, controlled turns go a long way — use this to see how much you’re asking it to do.

Patterson tip: adjust in 1/8–1/4 turn steps, let the neck relax, then re-check.
