Production Partner investment amount.
Revenue share from gross Patterson Guitars branded instrument sales.
Total revenue share cap. Once reached, the agreement automatically ends.
No ownership, voting rights, or management control is transferred.
Production Partner funds will be used to support inventory, materials, and production capacity, allowing Patterson Guitars to build more efficiently and reduce delays caused by one-build-at-a-time purchasing.
During the investment period, Production Partners may receive exclusive access and experiences connected to the growth of Patterson Guitars.
No. Production Partners do not receive ownership, voting rights, or management control.
Production Partners receive 10% of gross Patterson Guitars branded instrument sales until total revenue share payments reach $20,000.
Only complete Patterson Guitars branded instrument sales are included. Repairs, setups, accessories, pickups, apparel, and other non-instrument revenue are excluded.
The agreement automatically ends once the Production Partner has received $20,000 total through the revenue share structure.
