Patterson Guitars Raffle Rules and Regulations

Thank you for supporting Patterson Guitars. Please read the following rules carefully before purchasing raffle entries. By entering this raffle, you agree to all terms listed below.
1. Sponsor
This raffle is operated solely by Patterson Guitars, located in Alabama, United States. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform.
2. Eligibility
To enter this raffle, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Reside within the United States (U.S. entries only)
- Provide accurate contact information during checkout
Void where prohibited. If you live in an area where raffle participation is restricted by law, please do not enter.
3. How to Enter
Entries are purchased directly through the Patterson Guitars website using the online store.
Entry options include:
- 1 Entry, 15 dollars
- 3 Entries, 40 dollars
- 5 Entries, 65 dollars
- 10 Entries, 120 dollars
There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may purchase.
4. Entry Period
This raffle does not have a fixed calendar end date. The contest will officially end once all available entry tickets have been sold.
If all entry tickets are not sold within a reasonable amount of time, Patterson Guitars reserves the right to cancel the raffle and issue full refunds to every participant.
No winner will be selected in the event of cancellation.
To help the drawing happen sooner: Be sure to like and follow Patterson Guitars on social media for updates, and share the raffle with friends so tickets sell out faster and the winner can be announced sooner.
5. Prize Details
One winner will receive a custom Patterson guitar build valued up to 3,000 dollars.
Prize includes:
- Choice of Patterson model within the current lineup
- Custom color and finish
- Pickup configuration tuned to the winner’s style
- Professional setup for tuning and string gauge
- Shipping within the United States
Prize does not include:
- Any optional upgrades beyond the 3,000 dollar build value (available at extra cost)
Prize is not redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection
After all tickets are sold, one winner will be chosen at random. The draw will occur within a reasonable timeframe after sellout.
Drawing process:
- Each entry is assigned a unique number
- Numbers are entered into a randomized selection tool
- One number is drawn at random
- The corresponding participant is declared the winner
The drawing may be recorded for transparency.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the email address used during checkout within 48 hours of the drawing.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
8. Refund Policy
All purchases are final unless the raffle is cancelled for not selling all entries. In that case, all participants will receive a full refund.
9. Fraud & Disqualification
Patterson Guitars reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Attempts to manipulate the raffle
- Provides false information
- Initiates chargebacks to reverse payments
- Violates any of these rules
Cheating results in immediate disqualification without refund.
10. Privacy
Your information is used only for entry verification, order confirmation, winner notification, and delivery of the prize.
11. Additional Terms
By entering, you agree that Patterson Guitars may publicly announce the winner’s first name and state.
